I had an exceptional experience with Jose from The Reel Electric Company. Previously, I had an EV charger installed by another company, but it wasn’t working properly, and I even got shocked once. After reaching out, The Reel Electric Company scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Jose arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He thoroughly explained what was done correctly and what needed to be fixed. He went above and beyond, carefully outlining the work he was going to perform, and even took the time to label the breakers properly. I highly recommend this company. Free estimates, good prices, excellent technical and customer services. Especially Luis Montaño. Incredibly hard working professional. Worked almost 12 hours to get my panel upgraded and the Tesla Wall charger installed. I am very happy! You should call them!

My experience with Reel Electric Company went as well as any good experience should go. From Juan who answered the phone to Omar who came to install my EV L2 charger, it was quite a seamless and straightforward transaction. Scheduled the prior evening and Omar came and installed it the next day. Tested after installation and cleaned up well once he was done. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Reel Electric was great. There is someone answering the phones at all times and they are helpful and responsive. Javier came out to diagnose the problem and he gave an honest and fair estimate. The diagnostic charge is then subtracted from the cost of work. He then came back out to do the work and he did an amazing job and was extremely pleasant during the process. I highly recommend if you want an honest professional company that you can trust

This company takes care of business! I had an EV charger and subpanel installed. Permits were pulled to do the work. Juan worked with the City. The quality of the electrical work performed was clean, well thought out, labeled, and professional. Final inspection was completed after they had a drywall expert patch up and finish. Job well done!

When I was looking for an electrician to repair a ceiling light, I found the Reel Electric Company and noticed that they had a lot of reviews and five stars across the board.
