I had an awesome experience getting my PC worked on. I came in needing help installing two drives, swapping out a power supply, handling cable management, and cleaning the PC. The guy got started the second I walked in, and I stayed the whole time to see how it was done.

He was super friendly and easy to talk to—cracked a few jokes along the way, which made the time fly by. I know my way around PCs pretty well, but he still managed to teach me a thing or two, which was really cool.

What impressed me most was how quickly everything got done. From start to finish, it was under 3 hours, and that included wrangling all the cables and giving the whole setup a proper cleaning. Way faster than any shop I’ve been to before. Great guy, great service—I’d definitely go back.

My computer began overheating, I needed it fixed right away, because I work from home, and they fixed it up on the same day! Super grateful for them fixing it the same day and at a reasonable price! 😀

Luis was outstanding, his customer service was exceptional. I came in with my PC that was having issues with initialization. We spoke and he told me a firm price a week ago. Went to this place a few months back to get my laptop looked cause it was overheating making games unplayable. Im talking 30 fps max. He cleaned my laptop and even answered some questions I had for my own sake which you know he didnt have to do. Took care of some other concerns I had while he was working on it anyway. A real one stop shop run by someone who knows what hes doing. My laptops been running like a dream since and I was even able to get back to dropping banger games thanks to him. All for a damn good price might I add. Goated tech repair service.

Louie is the best person on this planet. I was scared and nervous to come into his shop in the beginning with my newly built gaming pc. I built my pc with no knowledge of what I was doing and needed help because it wouldn’t turn on and my parts weren’t in the correct place. Going in he made me feel really safe and educated me for the future. He really knows what he’s talking about regarding tech stuff and gave me a very good price and worked with me to be able to get what I needed done. I would refer him a thousand times and trust him and his word. Trust your belongings are in the best care. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Overall 10/10 and such a helpful person. I needed a very specific screw so I called a few minutes before closing and he said he had it, I bought it tried it and it didn’t work. I called back and he said he can still help. I went back after hours and he was extremely helpful and fixed parts of my pc that I didn’t even know needed fixing. Gave me solid advice and you can tell how passionate he is about computers. He was showing me computers he had built from his camera roll, and with his excitement you know you’re in good hands with your hardware here. Don’t think I’m going to be going anywhere else for my computer needs other than the man himself.
