Having a few issues with it so far. Even though the support online was thorough, polite and clear, they could basically only confirm my issue and confirm our own workaround. When their service stopped including voicemail as attachments on email notifications (leaving just the link), a few problems started for our users who had multiple inboxes to check. This was a result of each account being linked to a Google account. The work around was to use an Incognito window to log in separately. Glad to change this review if I got any part of this wrong, but I validated this issue with Truly, with the IT staff here who set it up and other users who also must use Incognito.

Also, I haven't yet found a way to delete messages. Seems like that shouldn't be hard to find. I have a whole bunch of blank messages clogging the inbox.

The new setup requires downloading the phone app and desktop app. Why couldn't we choose to only use the browser version? There's no skip this step option (only workaround is modifying the URL).
