Took in my computer today for a upgrade and bigger cpu liquid cooler 360mm aio
for my gaming pc, I was very happy with the results. It looks awesome and preforms way better. Big shout out to Keith!!! He gets down on custom computers!!! Great repair shop. Up to now, I have been able to always self diagnose and repair my own PC, even if it simply needed rebooted with new Windows. Ran into boot loop issue, and they corrected problem with RAID within a day or two. Highly recommended!

Brought my labtop here for keyboard repair/replacement and they did a good job in that regards. Upon receiving my labtop back I noticed a few apps installed on my computer. They gave various reasons as to why the apps were installed on there but the ISSUE is regardless of the reason of why apps are installed on there, how come I was not informed beforehand that they were going to be conducting a software check and installing these apps? And even after the keyboard repairs were done I still wasn’t informed. It wasn’t until I discovered the apps myself and inquired about it before I was given an explanation.

It’s like taking your car to a shop strictly to get the tires changed and while they’re doing that they start “checking” your engine and even make some modifications to it without even informing you. There needs to be transparency here. If you’re going to do a task outside of the primary job of why I brought the machine in then you need to inform me first.
