Qualia is a sufficient and great way to communicate with clients, It's a safe, protected and easy way to exchange documents or hold on to any personal information from the clients. I would easily recommend anyone to use Qualia in the future for any of their transactions.

Qualia is a game changer when it comes to title processing with real estate. It is user friendly, efficient, organized, and easy to use. It also has so many features. We can create our own templates and Qualia will auto fill in information using smart tags. We can link our UPS account to it and print labels through their. Qualia has an accounting tab which you can links your accounts to, submit positive pay, and generate 1099 files. They're numerous training videos and you get emailed each time there has been a change/update on Qualia to inform you. The customer service is great, they answer fast and help you quickly as well. I really do love Qualia and would urge everyone in this industry to use it. It has so many features, Qualia could potentially take care of all of your needs and eliminate all the other websites you have to go to, and other hassles. Best change to our company by far.

Qualia is super user friendly. When hiring someone new in the office, it is beneficial that they have interactive videos that can easily train someone to use the program. In addition, it makes title work and setting up for a closing very organized and concise. One of our favorite features is Qualia Connect, which allows us to securely email clients, other attorneys, and agents and request sensitive information with peace of mind.

We use Qualia everyday in our office and it couldn't be a better experience. Qualia uses very user friendly technology and that's one of the things we love about it. Our clients that come into our office are so diverse and Qualia makes it an easier process for them by keeping everything they may need in one portal from documents to even being able to chat through the portal if they have questions or what not. We have been a Title Company since 1990 and have been through several platforms for closings management. We found ourselves with a system that had not kept up with the changes in document preparation or security issues. It was time to make the change.

We looked carefully and were set to go forward with a system that had been around for many years and was the most likely that new hires would be familiar (not that we actually have employee turnover.) The company president asked if we were also looking at Qualia, so I took a look. The rep suggested that he follow our previously scheduled major demo from the other guys. Our team thought that it was crazy as they were convinced already for that option.

Well, they were blown away and we signed up for Qualia with the Connect Portal. It has made our workflow far more efficient and secure. We especially like that we can use Macs natively and steer communications to the Connect Portal.

The availability is excellent, we do not have issues with downtime or slow performance. There are reasons to call Support, and, while not perfect, they do have some great points. We appreciate that the staff are native English speakers and are careful to follow up on requests.

Overall, it has been a great experience.

As someone very new to the real estate profession, I find Qualia to be easy to use. The videos are helpful for training and the platform makes entering contracts and information quick and painless. I would recommend Qualia to anyone as a quick, efficient and accurate program for all real estate closing needs from start to finish!
