To my surprise, Hexnode has not failed me in deploying any of my devices. I've also called their support team to clarify a couple of technical issues regarding a policy and they are very knowledgeable. I would recommend it to small to mid size businesses. It does require someone to be dedicated to it in the team though, so keep that in mind.

Have yet to try all the functionalities of Hexnode MDM, but we are managing our company's tech park with their tools and the administrative dashboard is easy to use. Good documentation is also available.

We had some hiccups enrolling devices with ABM but managed to fix it quite easily after talking with their support team. The interactions we had with them were great and helpul.

I have to say that I have worked with a lot of help desks, and the Hexnode staff absolutely shines. Everyone is super helpful. Amazingly, I find the same group of people who are constantly there. I have interacted with each one and they know me name and I them. It's like I have my own personal consultants. How pleasantly strange that is - to actually feel like you know the staff and they you. I have had some really difficult situations to deal with and some just downright dumb questions. No matter what the case, I never feel rushed or devaluated in any way. There has not been any situation they could not handle. If there were 10 stars, they would get 10. This group is top notch!

Hexnode might not be the biggest name in the MDM segment, but what they lack in flash they make up for in terms of excellent customer service and decency.It's much easier to navigate through and they are always there when I need them.
