Worst experience ever.I am giving it a one star because you can't give 0 stars.. Not reliable and constantly changing information. I have contacted them several times by phone which they never answer and left messages and by text and email. This program or organization, I do not recommend at all. I have been trying it out for the past month and no luck yet, I even extended my hours and change them maybe they will guarantee me a ride home but that's not true. You are required to request a ride to work and ride back home to receive the reimbursement which this is false as well. I contacted them to ask them if they have any information about the trips that have been cancelled or no match and they said that they are new and they are still upgrading their functions and that's not possible. Representative Maruwa stated that they do not offer that feature at the moment. How the hell are you going to be able to let me know if you are reimbursing properly. They changed their reimbursement now from $50 to $40 a month and that's because so many people are probably not receiving rides and they are providing too many reimbursements to people. I have sent them receipts and everything and the representative told me unfortunately they will not reimbursement what the hell!! I do not recommend this app or program to anyone.

I have been using this app for 4 years until COVID-19 hits and all of us are working from home. I liked their idea of solving a daily commute problem in bay area and other benefits of not having a car if you are a rider or make some money if you are a driver without affecting our daily routine. I do not know if things will become normal in near future and people give rides to unknown people yet similar segment people(working in tech companies). This app is really a great idea and salute the scoop founders /engineers who came with this simple and brilliant idea. But as an avid scoop user, I will be sad to see people not using this app after 'new normal' becomes a practice.Stay safe and stay positive.

Not a fan. We can’t choose or approve of our carpool so they matched me, a woman, with a man who looked like he was just released from prison. Never again! How can they guarantee our safety
