I would just like to start off by saying that I never leave any reviews. The reason I’m doing this is because people like Jerry and Jordan really know how to make your day. these people have such a good energy. You can literally feel it. I mean they make you feel like you’ve known them your whole life. Jordan is so sweet and extremely informative about each and every coffee. Jerry now Jerry, I am not a big coffee person, but I think I just became one and let me tell you you’ve never had a cup of coffee until Jerry has made you one. We had bought two bags but decided to come back for a different flavor we literally couldn’t stop smelling the fresh coffee beans just made. Collen was also so sweet telling us how to drive on the rainy road and asking us about or day. Chicken And Cowboy are a plus ❤️ I hope you guys get to experience this place. Its worth going out the way for. 😊

Wonderful, quaint coffee shop/roasterie. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our coffee. The coffee is some of the best I’ve ever tried. Highly recommend Amelia’s or the honey blend but I imagine you can’t go wrong with any of their coffee. 🙂 Love that they ship coffee as well if you aren’t local. Highly recommend!

Amazingly smooth coffee. Owner is friendly and brews coffee from his house. Only wished we bought more beans from this roaster. If you like chocolate and coffee, don't forget to pick up a bag of chocolate covered coffee beans.

Mariposa Coffee is worth a visit any day! Not only can you have a cup of coffee, but you can buy some to take home with you! It’s located in a historic training post and is well worth a visit!

This is not your standard roaster. They have developed their own process, and it’s amazing! It’s a family-run business, and they pride themselves on only roasting the highest quality, hand-crafted coffees, using Arabica beans. Their coffee is rich and delicious and I enjoy their hot chocolate mix, too.

They roast every day, and if you get there at the right time, you can watch the roasting process. They have a lovely gift shop, and in addition to mugs, T-shirts and other things you would expect, it includes books by family member Rachael Bloome, a USA Today best selling author.

This is a coffee roasters NOT a coffee shop. However, when we surprised the owner on a weekday afternoon, he was gracious enough to brew us coffee in his house (which is behind the shop) and bring it to the shop in to-go cups. He told us how he started the company 21 years and got his big break when Yosemite National Park asked him to cater an event. Lots of cute things in the shop - t-shirts, books by his daughter (a local author) and of course, many types of coffee.

I came across Mariposa coffee at Raley’s in Merced. This is the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. I came back to buy 3 more bags of coffee. So far we’ve had the Sumatra, 49ers and Tuscany Espresso. None of these flavors disappoint. I’m currently OBSESSED with the Tuscany Espresso which I brew on my nespresso. I have reusable pods with the silicone lid and the coffee tastes absolutely amazing!! I wish Raley’s would also carry the ground coffee since I have to grind it myself. I look forward to making a trip out to the actual roaster
