Experienta initiala nu a fost una negativa. Ne-au fost prezentate multiple variante si am fost tratati cu politete. Totusi, nu va asteptati ca agentia sa mai ofere vreo urma de suport dupa semnarea promisiunii de vanzare-cumparare. Tin sa mentionez ca am achizitionat prin dansii un apartament care a ajuns sa aiba probleme legate de finalizare. Agentia nu a stiut niciodata nimic, nu a facilitat vreo discutie cu dezvoltatorul si cred ca a continuat sa vanda apartamente in blocul a carui finalizare statea sub semnul intrebarii. Din fericire, am reusit sa-mi recuperez banii, dar am fost neplacut impresionat de modul in care dansii pastreaza legatura cu dezvoltatorii si se asigura ca proiectele pe care le vand nu se afla sub semnul intrebarii.

O agenție imobiliară de evitat! La început sunt politicosi și de ajutor, pana la semnarea contractului cu dezvoltatorul. Ulterior, când apar probleme cu apartamentul (nefinalizat, dezvoltatorul nu raspunde la telefon/email, nu exista niciun update despre data finalizării), agenția nu face niciun efort sa intermedieze comunicarea cu dezvoltatorul, se “face ca ploua”.

Lipsa de profesionalism si abuzul verbal de care a dat dovada un anagajat al acestei companii (Damian Serban) este incredibil. Pacat ca in romania nu ai cui sa te adresezi in cazuri de genul asta dar macar poti sa evidentiezi asta unor potentiali clienti, cum fac si alte review-uri.

LE: da, nu este agent si nu interactioneaza cu clientii, interactioneaza cu persoanele care vor sa se angajeze. Asta nu inseamna ca poti sa dai dovada de lipsa crasa de profesionalism, abuz verbal etc.
Nu inseamna ca daca nu e un client in public, faci ce vrei tu. Mai bine va verificati angajatii in loc sa acuzati oamenii de troll 😉

Recomand cu mare incredere aceasta agentie, dar in special o recomand pe Andreea Stamanichi, care este o profesionista in relatia cu clientul, dar si o persoana foarte placuta. De fiecare data cand avem nevoie de servicii, de tipul celor prestate de catre aceasta agentie, revenim cu drag si incredere mereu la aceasta. Am fost placut impresionat de faptul ca am fost primit in biroul lor, mi-au fost aratate toate proiectele zonei si ulterior le-am si vizionat, mi-au fost intelese dorintele legate de un apartament si pot spune ca am reusit sa imi cumpar apartamentul ideal pentru mine, rabdare si profesionalism, o sa va recomand tuturor

Experienta foarte neplacuta cu Zabava Iulian. Am vizionat un apartament care mi-a placut (detin altul in acelasi complex) dar in loc sa transforme nehotararea mea intr-un contract am fost poftit afara cu replica "ne pierdem timpul". Managerul firmei si-a cerut scuze, dar dimineata mea a fost dupa spusele celuilalt, pierduta.
