Chris is amazing! He always comes through for us when the "system goes down" or we have some other kind of computer or network issue, usually user error! He's quick to respond and fixes the issue in a timely manner. We don't know what we would do without him at our small non-profit! I hate technology but love the all the great things they do to my life, so one can probably say that I am an idiot who just buys things and lets other people take care of their installation and teach me how to use what I have just bought. Chris is great, I had my Macboock Pro laptop over at his shop to change the battery, it turns out the thing was glued to the machine, Chris told me about it and toke the time and effort to remove it as it wasn't an easy task. Spilled coffee on the a dated Macbook Pro while on a cross country flight. First the keyboard died then the entire computer would not run. I found Chris via a Google search for computer repair near my hotel. Am I glad he came out on top of that search. 50 micro screws and a new keyboard later, I am good to go! I needed to have my old laptop completely copied onto my new laptop and additionally have the windows 8 made to work like windows 7. I also needed this done over the weekend before the work week started-- Chris worked till 4am to get this done. Apparently the task was far more time consuming then we both anticipated as there was a massive amount of data and programs to be transferred and configured, and my previous IT guy had countless outlook account files spread across random folders on my pc. I also added to the complication because I did not remember any of the passwords for the accounts on the computer and he had to "recover" them. He was super patient with my level of computer illiteracy and I would absolutely use him again!
