I printed 2 pages for $5 but I had forgotten my wallet at home meanwhile my Apple Pay was also not working and I had to drive almost 4 miles to bring cash I had some coins in my car and Ms. Haiden saved my time and gave me the printed papers. For I will return the remaining to her this her customer service skills

I like J and J Printing, they do try to help. I had my spouses memorial cards and posters done and what a lovely job The turnaround was quick and they did what they could in the time given. I am very pleased in there work

I’m honestly super disappointed in my purchase. I paid $40 for playing cards created with my sons picture on the other side within the design of the card… wait was longer than expected and reasoning was other projects ahead. Then why give me a time frame at all 2-3 times it was extended after losing my email of the picture of my son I did send… what?! It came out different sizes with scuffs. Said they’ll reprint but won’t be ready today. I’ve waited long enough so I just took what was made because this was for my husband and I. Keepsake of our first son…. No discount no reprint same day and no apology. I gave 1 star for even having something close to what I wanted.

Bad service, I don't recommend it. They took my cards for a month and they were always telling me that because they are very busy, once I picked it up, the information on the back was incorrect. I don't recommend this place at all. The person who answers the phone is a woman. and the truth is he has no education at all he said I can fix your letters but it will cost you more and right now we are very busy he meant that I am going to wait another month the truth is it is bad service

Our experience with J &J Printing has been amazing highly recommended. Paula did an awesome job with our logo. Definitely not the clip art from other places we tried. She’s been doing our business cards, banners and our truck decals. We will be getting our work shirts done next. Thank you Paula!!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They do not care about their customers at all. They are simply only about money, rather than a long lasting business to customers relationship. I would not recommend them for any service they provided. The owner wanted to charge me an extra $165 to do a reprint on a job of 2,000 stickers that originally cost me $349.64. And “I should be lucky” because I was misquoted in the first place. Implying that I received a lower price and I should be happy with low quality work. The print job was subpar, and they miss read a design with only 3 elements in it. Their Proof of confirmation read “Die line” which meant essentially a cut line that would end up replacing an element of the design. The “Die line” wasn’t explained and I should have just known what there printing terminology was. To say the least I was unhappy with the quality of their work and when I went back to fix it I was told I need to split the reprint cost with them. Absolutely insane. #nostars.
