Tom Harsh is fast, friendly, cost efficient. He wants what is best for his customers. Honest as the day is long. Very pleased. If you don't need a part or work done, he will tell you that.

Tom came out the same day, to diagnose the problem, he was able to fix the issue. Very nice man, and his hourly rate was very reasonable. I definitely be calling him again if i ever need his service.

Tom is a really nice guy. He's honest, does great work, is prompt and usually able to come out the next day. He won't try to sell you anything you don't need. In fact, if you have something old and non-digital, he'll tell you to keep it because it will last forever and the parts are cheap. He'll be the first to tell you that the new high-tech stuff is garbage and really expensive to repair.

We called him and he was out to the house the same day. He fixed the dryer, then looked at the washer as well...didn't even know we had a problem with it! Great service and we'd call him again!
