You pay $575 for half a 6 by 10 room. They stuff 6 people in the 3 BR apartment, usually half of them don’t do their dishes & the other half talk about nonsense & play video games all day. The management needs work too, I’ve been on their bad side before due to the fault of somebody else. They barely let me back.

First of all you pay almost $600 a month and are given very little space all of which is shared. The management is horrible and unjust. Each unit is assigned RA's which constantly take part in illicit activity which go unpunished while other residents were getting evicted for things like having a guest spend the night. This place is a complete scam if you want to actually have a good time at mammoth save more money and not worry about getting evicted for no good reason save yourself and find a different living situation.

I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. Living in Mammoth employee housing is the worst decision you can make. If the slumlord (Laurey) decides to dislike you for any reason she will target, incessantly badger, and enter your apartment illegally until she probably evicts you.

The bigger picture is that this resort is a corporate giant, these unjust rules you have to sign away to for housing are made in order to evict anyone as the mountain sees fit. And the Housing director sees herself as the moral upholder of corrupt corporate rules fit for a boarding high school.

Do yourself a favor and live off Mammoth property, or better yet take your time, skills, and money to another state to ski and work.

Everyone was beyond accommodating for my start and end dates. They made sure my housing was squared away and treated me professionally and friendly.

Can only be roomates with the same gender, it seems as if the expectation is for the employees to be predatory.

It works for what it is and is a good deal for the price. The staff is rather unprofessional at employee housing and involves housing issues with work.

Don’t recommend this to anyone.
Watch out for the people in charge, seems to me like they get a fix out of evicting people.
