Have stayed at six different condos here over the years. Some really nice remodeled units can be found on AirBnb. The studio units have small water heaters so long consecutive showers by multiple people will be problematic. I've always like staying in the complex as it is close to everything in town and stayed in some really nice units.

It wasn't ok, tbh. The photos were misleading. It showed 4 sleeps and it was for 4 but it was a studio broken down into partitions. That's fine once, but it wasnt clean, specially, the bedsheets, pillows were stinky and old.
The hallway had a dark stinky smell.
A bathroom was leaking all the night and no one picked up phone or responded to the messages to help. Overall, it was quite disappointed and ruined our trip experience. I would avoid it. Sorry!

Rental unit B5 was actually much nicer on the inside than expected and pleasantly surprised. However, typical of these places, loud younger neighbors, lots of ambient noise. Location very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Recommended for the younger crowd.
