Avi was amazing in facilitating our meet and greet with our 8 month old German shepherd, Boba. He was incredibly knowledgeable on dog behavior and we felt comfortable leaving our fur baby with him. This was an amazing experience for both us and our puppy! Our dog has learned so much through his pup hike and we can’t wait for him to go back. Avi was also very responsive to both phone calls and text messages throughout the day when our schedule changed. The GPS tracking makes us feel a lot more comfortable that they take every step necessary to ensure the safety of their dogs. PUP hiking company’s instagram is awesome and they’re so great with daily updates. Seeing how happy all the dogs are is therapeutic! 10/10 have been recommending to every single dog owner we run into!

Our dog has done several full-day hikes with Pup Hiking Company and each experience is better than the last! She initially met with Avi for a quick temperament test, which we appreciated as she can initially be nervous around strangers. Pick up and drop off has always been super convenient and on-time and we love the pictures we get of her enjoying her pack hikes. It's so reassuring to know that while we're enjoying the slopes, our dog is having as much fun and is staying safe!

Absolutely fantastic service! My pup joined for a half day for his first time this past December. The evaluation process was quick and easy. The team are very communicative and post plenty of Instagram updates, so you can follow along while on the slopes. Highly recommend!

Your dog should have as much fun as you do while in Mammoth. Pup Hiking Company takes your dog on 2 hikes during the day. Our energetic dog leaves happy and tired.

Best doggie daycare! We often took my dog Echo hiking, but never had this opportunity to let him run wild with other furry friends off-leash before. When we went to pick him up, he acted so happy instead of leave quickly like he used to. So I think he had a good time. I certainly recommend this.

Mammoth is a special place for me, comes here at least once a year, and I was ecstatic I am able to bring my dog this season. They were attentive and answered all my questions prior to driving all the way up from San Diego. My 4 year old corgi, Ichiro, had so much fun hiking off-leash with the pack for the first time. I like how the first visit they spend time introducing your dog to the pack, WITH you in there to see how it goes. I often send him to daycares back home and I never got a chance to see the first visits. They also took time to update me mid day and that was greatly appreciated.

I am glad Pup Hiking Company came to Mammoth. I will use their services every time I will be in town. Will definitely recommend to friends too.

Honestly, Avi and the crew at PUP hiking company are amazing! I have had the pleasure of experiencing PUP Hiking Company’s dog service for 2 years now and it always exceeds all expectations. Luna, our 5 year old pup, returns from the hikes so exhausted. Their genuine care for dogs are unparalleled. I was particularly impressed with their kindness and willing to work with us. We are very impressed with the Pup Hiking Company. All of the staff we came in contact with were kind and knowledgeable.

We rescued our German Shepherd from the animal shelter about 6 months ago and had never left her with strangers. Avi connected with our pup immediately leaving us with a great sense of ease. We watched Avi interact with other dogs and saw that he was very experienced and comfortable with the dogs.

Our dog had a great time and came home exhausted from all the exercise and play. It was nice to have two fun days of skiing knowing our pup was happy.
