We have made the most amazing memories at Viewpoint condos. Fun in the Winter and fun in the Summer. The location to all that Mammoth has to offer is perfect. You can walk or catch the bus easily. The units are clean, big jacuzzi, pool and game room. A favorite!

The perfect location to walk to all places in Mammoth. Go to the brewery or village restaurants in a quick 5 minute walk. We even walked down to johns pizza works and liberty bar which was only a 10 minute walk. You can drive to main lodge, all the lakes or to the other part of town all in 15 mins. Great weekend rentals!

Although some of the units are a bit dated we've never stayed in one that was in disrepair. This is the closest rental to Sam's Wood Site, the local music festival venue, a short approx 2 block walk. They have all the amenities you could ask for and close to restaurants and the village. Management are friendly and easy to deal with.

This place is amazing! They have a pool, huge jacuzzi, pool table with other games, and a steam room. It's walking distance from the village and I stay here every time I go to Mammoth.

I love this place. My Family and I come here a lot. We all love Viewpoint. The employees are always polite, respectful, kind. We come for the Veiws, the Hike, the Snow, Chasing the Snow Storms and the Relaxation. This place is awesome... Every Year ..😁
