I cannot tell you how much PNC has helped me. They have taken care of me and my money for at least a decade. Highly recommend. This branch gets busy but online everything is an option. Or just come during less popular times and you’ll be fine.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been banking with pnc for almost 20 years, but opened an IRA at a branch in PA over a year ago only to discover that I can’t actually invest the funds, they only sit in a low interest money market account. I have been trying to transfer the funds out of the PNC IRA for the last 4 months. I was initially told that my opening documents were not complete, despite filling them out in person. I have spent countless hours on the phone, I have mailed in paperwork multiple times and every time it is rejected and I’m given a different story. Every person I talk to in the IRA department is condescending and unhelpful. I no longer live near a branch so it’s impossible to walk in and talk to someone face to face. I am contemplating taking legal action to recover my IRA funds and I’m taking my money out of this terrible bank. To top it off the app goes down every evening. Be warned.

I am glad they opened in CA the Branch is not big but the people is very nice and there is no wait not that busy. PNC Bank delivers a top-notch banking experience. When I first switched over to Pnc from Bank Of America I really liked this bank. A few months of having it, the website is always down and today I went onto the app to unlock my card and I was having some trouble. I called the 24/7 service and the lady stated that they close the system at a certain time everyday. So now I have no way home because my card is locked and i can’t transfer any money to my other account. I have never had anything like this happen to me before and I am highly disappointed and upset. You guys should have sent out a memo stating that the app will be getting worked on every night from the hours…. I will be taking all my money out this account tomorrow and switching my direct deposit back to Bank Of America. This is unacceptable!

Long wait, other employee helped one person then closed her window and it was a long line and wait with only one teller. I thank God this is not my bank no way ho zay....

Just used the atm after hours to deposit and you just have to insert your card on the little slot next to the door. Thought it wasn’t gonna work at first but it turned green and let me in to use the atm.

This branch never answers the phone. I've called and been hung up on immediately many times and have waited while the phone rang for upwards of 10 minutes with no one answering. I've even called the nationwide PNC customer service just for them to also be on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for a ridiculous amount of time. Hours are also unreliable. I've driven an hour to this branch before, just for it to be closed during regular business hours. This branch has made me consider moving on from PNC Bank all together due to their unreliable business practices. If there is another branch close to you, I'd recommend going there. Avoid this one at all costs.

pretty cool staff , low rates and chargers.
ONLY THING IS,
its a tad far from my house so i sometimes dread
taking the 15 to 20 minute drive
