Edited: I emailed support (for the millionth time), as asked to do so in their follow up and *SHOCKER*, they never responded lol. Will be filing a fraud complaint with my CC company and BBB.

WOWMI continued to bill us even after we ended our agreement. We have reached out over five times for MONTHS and keep being told someone will look into it. They never do, and we still have over $600 that has yet to be refunded.

Daniel (their salesperson), called me back immediately when he thought he had an opportunity to make another sale and then ghosted when he realized it was actually because I needed help getting a refund. Run from them, they are horrible.

Update 2 - Support has responded indicating Accounting department would reach out… still waiting

UPDATE 1 - We have emailed WOWMI as they requested in their response - we have yet to hear back

We canceled our services with them last year, but honored to pay out the remaining balance of our contract. After our contractual obligations ended, WOWMI proceeded to charge an even higher rate. We have reached out, however they are Extremely difficult to get ahold of. We have emailed customer service multiple times with little to no response. They don’t honor contracts or cancellations. Additionally they have charged multiple times without consent and do not respond to refund requests

Had the chance to shoot in their studio this week, they lived up to their name WowMi. Loved it, Oren is top notch. He makes the process so comfortable, approachable and even fun! Whitney did awesome with some make up and helped throughout. The WOWMI team was amazing... the in studio experience was TOP NOTCH from make-up to hair to the entire video production experience. ALL of it... it's a complete solution to my social media goals of providing consistent, QUALITY, and relevant content to the mortgage industry. Also, we worked together to create custom content and I'll be back to do MORE. We had a full day, whew! Daniel tee'd it up and Oren and Becky brought it home. Thanks everyone! Shout out to Oren and Whitney for making the Production process seamless and fun....again. We shot a whole bunch of new media content to update our business website and social media posting. Very professional and the equipment they have is mind blowing! You can't duplicate this on your own. This is my 2nd time using WOWMI for recording. One of the most fun parts is getting the make-up done by Whitney because you feel like you are on TV.....and she makes you look really good! The Teleprompter is so easy to use and it makes you look very natural and a pro at your topic you're discussing. If you haven't had a professional production made for your business, I suggest you check out WOWMI. I can be a game-changer.

With over 20 years of mortgage lending experience I have finally found a company on the same as me. I am here to help and serve my clients but never could find the right team to put together easy to follow instructions to get my message out. From the production that includes video content with great editing to really raise the bar. I have tried many times to shoot my own videos but just as my clients should work with a mortgage professional I to had to work with a social media expert to give me more time to help my clients.
