We worked with Jeremy and Jen to design our new home in Durham. They are an amazing team to work with. They are super responsive. They put up with me changing my mind 1,000 times throughout the design process. I love Jen's creativity and really appreciated her helping us visualize the project in the design phase through 3D modeling. Jeremy always has cost efficiency in his mind during the design phase and worked closely with the construction team to create a cost-effective design without compromising the utmost quality. When we ran into issues during construction, Jeremy was always available to help answer questions or come up with creative solutions to keep us moving forward.

Structural Solutions was awesome to work with. I had no idea what to expect and Jeremy and his wife made my home addition stress free! I just told them what my ideas were and with their attention to detail and experience it made my build a breeze and my contactor happy. Structural Solutions did a great job with engineering our house, with creative solutions that saved us money. Our foundation sub commented on the efficiencies in our slab, and our framer stated that the house was engineered very well, which simplified the build.
