Seems like everytime I call in for a simple question, which isn't often, the fornt desk agents either have an attitude or they're stressed out. I suggest assigning individuals as front desk agents that don't have issues with handling muliple calls or calls in general. It'll make the experience alot more enjoyable.

Been calling almost everyday and have left multiple voice mails. good luck getting a call back. I went in for orientation and was left waiting for over an hour. I was told I was going to be talking to someone one on one and then get sent to this bs orientation room. This company and people working are ridiculous and definitely don't make things easy. If you think it's a good opportunity don't waste your time here. Very frustrating.

My last visit went very smoothly with information and communication. Unfortunately today I believe an Indian woman was speaking with me on the phone and kept being rude talking over me, I would appreciate someone just giving her a small talk about phone etiquette please and thank you.

1-3 people a week actually receive assistance paired with maybe 8-12 a week finish their 2 week "workshop" and the lobby is always packed while staff is overworked with a horridly inefficient system, leads me to believe they're there to gatekeep resources that would be more efficiently given to a govt agency or the school itself. The workshop facilitator I met was angry, judgmental, paranoid, and seemed to care about weeding out the undesirables more than his actual position. Also he will sit in his car in the parking lot taking notes on you during the break. Heads up I guess.

Workforce case manager told me to go to Class at 8:30. I went in the building 8:27AM, and waited at front desk. No one came to me until 8:31AM, then I asked them if I was late since it was a minute after . They said I was late and would get a tardy.. I told them I was waiting in line before 8:30AM. I got to the class, the teacher tells me I’m late that class starts at 8:15AM. How was I supposed to know that when case manager called me day before and told me 8:30 AM was when it started. I never felt embarrassed and felt like I was made feel stupid and an example.. like that in front of the whole class. I left during break. Never coming back.

Just know it will take a month or more and 4 or 5 appointments b4 u get into a useless 2 week class. And then they say it could take weeks to even get into training. Im On unemployment. Getting $364 a week. I can't even pay rent on that. But they could care less. And say the useless class is more important than u getting training quickly and getting back to work. It's absurd the hoops they demand u go thru for financial help for school. Just give us the training we need.
