Horrible people & lousy customer service. Told item would be delivered in 4-6 days. When I didn't receive a tracking number by the second day, I asked why? Excuse was that they had snow!!! Told it would be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. LIES! They have not bothered shipping. Run, don't deal with these lazy liars.

In their response, "Our new NORCAL location is delayed because All of our supplies are stuck on a truck which was delayed due to the road closures from the 6 days of storms we just had in California so we cannot send anything at the moment from either location."
Anyone with half a brain knows that the "storm" they mentioned was snow falling.
Your offer to cancel was made on March 8th. Purchase was on February 28th.

I believe you're being vindictive in not sending me my item.
March 3rd, you wrote "We expect most delayed items to ship out Monday and tuesday." 6th & 7th
March 7th, you wrote, "All delayed orders have begun shipping as of yesterday."
March 8th, you wrote, "Orders are being shipped in the order in which they were received.
If your order is unshipped and you would like to cancel the order we can cancel any unshipped order."

Mine is a delayed item, so why wasn't it shipped on Monday the 6th or Tuesday the 7th?
I will need proof that you haven't shipped any orders made after the 28th, if you say that "Orders are being shipped in the order in which they were received."

Tuesday March 14th Update

They still have not shipped my item. Any reputble business with unfulfilled orders going back to the previous month, would not have taken the weekend off.

Run from these people. They unashamedly lie when they communicate with you. Or they cowardly hide when you call or message them. Save yourself from stress & don't buy from them.

Placed my order for the first time w/2 day ship, recieved confirmed email. 5 days later I still wait, was told she didn't know what happened to my order and she reordered it, 2 day ship, supposed to ship out next day Fri. Still waiting for my order and called back again the next week. This time I was told by same receptionist that one of the items was just that day being made. What a run around, I suggested that they send an email to customers when they can't fulfill the order when promised and I was told they will consider it. Waiting to see if 3 times a charm. So far not a bit impressed.

I love Greenway Biotech!!! In the last 15 years I've got scabies at least 25 times and after the first time getting scabies I did research and realized I needed to buy Sulfur powder to put on my my mattress. I've always bought from Greenway Biotech ordering is quick, easy and simple. I appreciate them so much. Thank you for always being there with the Sulfur powder !!! IT REALLY WORKS !!! I ordered some fertilizer. Greenway Biotech charged my credit card immediately, but after three weeks and several emails I still have not received the fertilizer. I guess I know where their priorities lie.
