We used Givebutter for our silent auction and Sneaker Soiree. We were very grateful for the free platform but had some difficulties with the silent auction website display. Our guests struggled to view all items, having to click view all. This affected our overall income from the auction. The tickets were easy to use and the website overall was easy to use. I was offered several times for support. Other than the oversight of the auction setup, we were pleased with Givebutter.

We've used GiveButter for over six months and many different campaigns including our membership renewals. fundraising and raffles. The set-up is easy and easily integrated in to our website. Their support is very good and very patient. My only quibble would be with their reporting. It is good but could be better. The good thing is that they listen to their users so i expect, and hope, to see improvements in that area soon. Would highly recommend.

Givebutter has been an amazing platform for promoting our nonprofit and processing our monetary donations. It’s easy for people to make one time or recurring donations! The fee is reasonable and the platform is easy to navigate and quick to set up. My only complaint is that it seems the defaults on the site have led people to make recurring donations when they mean to do a one time donation, and also at the time of processing a paypout, 3% donation to GiveButter is the default selection. If you’re trying to click through quickly, it’s easy to overlook those details.
