Very rude old man starting fights with people over parking during a TRUNK OR TREAT FOR KIDS! Cursing and getting into someone’s face while families and children! His store is so empty ALL THE TIME so it’s not like the parking was affecting any of his “business “ and from the looks of the store it looks like crap so that explains the empty parking but I don’t know anyone who would want to do business there with such a rude person anyway!

Was in town and came upon this music store. I was hoping to find some small percussion instruments for camping. The door was open and I looked for someone inside. I never went in just looked for someone to see if the store was open. A guy comes running across the street and i ask if it's his music store. He starts screaming at me and accusing me of trying to go in his store and I ask if he is not open (remember the door is OPEN) He screams that he is closed. Said there was a sign that said closed. I tried to apologize explaining I was looking for some musical instruments. He told me no he would not sell me anything and not to come back because he won't sell me anything. So I don't think this guy is areal musician cause I've never seen a musician behave that way to another musician.

Horrible customer service. Went in to ask questions about possibly having a sound system fixed just asked if they could help. The old man was absolutely rude not helpful and insulting very unprofessional the store looks more like a hoarders dream than an actual business. Do not recommend. If it's wasn't for Mr Fox's lessons I wouldn't bother with stepping foot in that place ever again.

Very friendly and helpful! I had gone about a week ago to buy some picks but didn’t have cash to pay so the owner let me take some and let me pay him back next time I went in. I also went in for an accordion problem and he showed me the process and gave me some cool stories!

Years ago they Spot-Tuned my Acordeon & did an excellent job. Technician was very friendly & knowledgeable & walked me through the entire process. A great price too. Thank You Venturi House of Music.

It was great, the variety of knowledge the worker there had over instruments was astonishing. I did find everything a music store should offer at this location. I'm Just curious, because I purchased the exact guitar of my type but there was a small problem on the 13th note of my guitar. I'm a go back to see what can be done. Besides that everything went great.
