Having worked with dozens of printers over the last 10 years, Dumont Printing is a breath of fresh air. I've worked with Sean Wheelock and Paul Regnart for a while now, and can comfortably say that I'll be back again and again. The customer service from the front desk to the printed product, is top-notch and unmatched. It's not uncommon that I hear 'wow this is good quality.' You can feel the difference in the product. Horrible Experience. Asked the receptionist about making some business cards, then transferred me to their "sales rep" which took longer than 10 minutes, only for Gale (sales rep) to tell me "It's not possible." I'll be going elsewhere. I advise anyone thinking about using this company to do the same.
