We drove 10 hours this past week to have Robert of Otwell Welding and Fabrication diagnose and correct the front end problems that we have been experiencing with our Ford E350 van. After having a mechanic in Arizona charge us over $2000 and not cure the death wobble, Robert found and easily fixed the problem. Robert and David are top notch professionals. I had them install a complete lift kit for my Jeep Wrangler 392. They did an outstanding job! I'm not easy to please and have high expectations but they surpassed my expectations in every way. I look forward to having them install some additional mods in the near future. Robert Otwell fabricated an after market tack room for my aluminum horse trailer. He built the wall and saddle rack to my exact specs and did not only a functional job but also a beautiful one! Communication was top notch thru out the entire process. Definitely will be using Robert for any future work needed.

I’m very impressed with Robert and David’s work.

Firstly, he is very patient. It took months for my parts to show up during the Covid bit. Robert would spend time talking about options with me and never once did I feel rushed, and he never asked for a penny in return.

Second, he was very accommodating. Once all my materials were available, he stayed open late for me while I trailered it from Oregon.

Third he kept me in the loop. During the build Robert kept me current with phone calls and updated pictures. There was never any doubt that my truck was in good hands.

Forth he knows who can provide good services. He has excellent support from other local businesses to help with things like balancing and 4-wheel alignments. I drove the truck back to Oregon when it was literally 115 degrees F. for most the trip, without a hitch.

Now I have what must be one of the nicer builds in Oregon. Thank you Robert and David!

Robert saved my weekend. Trailer hanger was ripped from frame. I called Orwell welding right next to Johnson Valley. He was upfront on prices. He could come to my camp in his 4x4 welding truck or I could limp my RV to his shop. Robert welded me up right away in his beautiful clean shop. He even put my spare tire on (had a leak) and let me sneak a little water since I ran out. Fair price and outstanding welding from a super cool guy.

Robert and David were awesome! I brought my E350 van to them with an odd request about an inner frame and an idea for rear bumper. They beefed up my inner frame to support roof rack through the fiberglass roof. Strong enough for me to do pull ups on! As for the rear bumper, it is amazing how they took an idea and after only a few phone calls, came out with the amazing bumper below. I called Robert with a short timeline and I am located over an hour away. Otwell Fabrications exceeded my expectations. I guess when it is time for a front bumper Smacksimus and I might have to make a trip south! Huge thank you to both Robert and David.

I recommend Otwell Welding and Fabrication to anyone needing welding and/or fabrication services. He treats customers RIGHT!

I have done business twice now with Robert. The first time, he gave me tons of information and helped guide me towards purchasing an MCM long travel kit through him and through out the entire process he was keeping me updated with the status of the shipment as soon as he was updated himself.

The second time, I actually put him to work. I brought my long traveled Tacoma to him to replace my engine mount perches, (lots of work, and he did it with a smile) he cycled my front suspension and added in my ADS air bump stops, securely attached my remote reservoirs, cycled my rear suspension, moved my rear shackle hangers forward and fabricated new shackles for me.
