I received demos from dozens of Asset Management and Inventory databases. Only Axxerion had the full flexibility for what we needed. It allows for weekly (or more) imports of data, which we would then supplement with data created in Axxerion. Everything from implementation, to training, to post go-live assistance as been excellent. I highly recommend them.

Axxerion offers a remarkable Real Estate management tool. Lease administration, Work Orders, Property Inspections, and Project Management tools all under a single roof is great news for industry pros who are looking to reduce platforms.
Product was customizable and configurable to our unique needs. The team is amazing, and the cost is manageable.

Not a fan of companies that send spam emails. Any company that pursues this as a marketing technique clearly does not have the ethnics nor do they have the professionalism to secure my business. To make matters worse, their email is crafted in such a way to be misleading to the recipient. Please continue to review companies that participate in spam emails and telemarketing calls. They will eventually get the picture.
