Silvia consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction throughout my interaction. She possessed a remarkable ability to effectively address my inquiries, provide clear and concise explanations, offer valuable guidance on storage solutions, demonstrate a thorough understanding of the available unit sizes and pricing, patiently review the options with me, assist me in selecting the most suitable unit for my needs, proactively address potential concerns.
For instance, i was going through a very personal and hard time where the last thing on my mind was my stuff in storage, yet it was all my possessions that i had of value. When I was initially unsure how to even go about my situation of my storage being auctioned off for default of payment, Silvia patiently listened to my needs and, based on my belongings, recommended suggestions and ways of helping me that I didn't even know were options or possible. This proactive guidance saved me both heartbreak and frustration of losing my storage and the emotional trauma that would have followed immediately after.

I had a fantastic experience renting my storage unit from Jennifer at Extra Space Storage! I'd have to say that Jennifer was a class act as far as I'm concerned! She explained what was available and what the going rates were for the size unit I was in need of and then she beat that rate by a good amount! I came back several times through out the day and couldn't help but notice that if she wasn't helping a customer, she was out riding around doing maintenance at the property! I recieved my unit and it was spotless as well as every where I went on the property...not a single piece of trash to be seen! She was super clear on the rules and policies & She helped me well because she just genuinely knew what she was doing! Extra Space Storage was the first stop of my day, however through out the day, I went to numerous other properties that were pale in comparison to Extra Space Storage in price and in value! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience nor could i be happier with my decision to go back and rent my unit from them. I'm one very happy customer! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a clean, secure storage unit at a super competitive price!
