Master Storage 365 in Madera has and amazing facility, staff, and mail box service. They always have free refreshments, friendly helpful staff, and a super clean location. If you get packages you don't have to worry about them being taken from your porch. The size of the packages doesn't matter. I have had two storages in the past and I currently have a mailbox now. Maddison and the rest of the staff are second to none. They are all friendly and make you feel like your amongst family. I can't say enough about my experience. The staff is my favorite thing about Master Storage 365, second favorite thing is the 24/7 access to your Storage unit. If you work a 9 to 5 job you can always enter your unit. Hands down the best Storage experience I've ever had. Thank you Master Storage 365 for setting a standard that's leaps and bounds above the rest!

Master Storage 365 is definitely your modern storage facility! I didn't have to worry about losing keys, because the app on my phone opens all doors and even my own storage unit! You totally feel safe no matter what time of day/night you are there since there is plenty of light and surveillance cameras. Appearance wise, it is very clean and well maintained - I never saw any type of critters or webs. A really generous gesture of theirs is that you can use their moving van for free! The cherry on top is that all of the staff is literally an example of world class customer service.
