Their game Bingo Pop is rigged so you can't get any bingos so you will have to spend money to get more. I know because I haven't gotten a bingo in 6 days and won't be reimbursed by them and won't get a response back because no one is there its all set up on a computer to give the same answers to all questions that are asked for example your answer will be use power ups but those don't work or it's the luck of the numbers just the same answers all the time. So I suggest you find another game to play and not one made by these clowns. Sounds to me like a sort of ponzi scheme to me. Cheating people out of hard earned money and wasting peoples time. So stop and be more courteous to your customers and treat them better. I know you wouldn't want to be treated this way.

This is my 6th email to you. I sent you my ID my account is locked I can't play the game. I don't understand what the hold up is. What the hell are you doing to fix this problem you caused. Jam City taking over has totally ruined the game please go back to the old platform. Have you even took a min to read the reviews you are getting now nothing postive. The game was fine Jam City comes in and changes everything. Now no one can play but selected few. Fix the problem. I will continue to bug the hell out of you till this game goes back to normal. I invested time and money to this game I better get the payoff I luv Disney stuff. But hands down this is the worst decision Disney made letting Jam City taking over. Fix the game read the emails and reviews.

I have played snoopy pop. A good game but poorly written technically. It keeps crashing, you would be Lucy to play a few levels without the game crashing on you.

A bunch of class act liars, I received a call from one of their employees regarding a refund was guaranteed it would be returned in less than 2 business days and it's been almost 2 weeks. Beware of this Company.
