My computer decided that it did not want to load or turn on. The tech I formerly used moved away so there was nothing he could do since he could only access my computer remotely. Obviously, that was not going to work. Luckily, I had saved the name and number of another company, who came highly recommended, anticipating the day I would need a new tech who was close by. That day came last week! I called Maurizio. He first put me through a few tests on the phone. Unfortunately, it was more serious. He fit me into his busy schedule, came to my home and tried a number of other fixes. Ultimately he had to take the computer for further testing. He only had it for one night, fixed the problem, brought it back to me, hooked everything up, and it's been working fine ever since! I am forever grateful...Thank you soooooo much Maurizio!!!

I'm very grateful to have found Maurizio on NextDoor! He has helped me twice with my computer and printer needs. He quickly response to my texts and has resolved all of my issues. He is someone I feel comfortable having in my home and he clearly loves his line of work. He is very friendly and has always gone the extra mile to make sure I have the information I need without overwhelming me with "tech talk." I will be using his services again and I highly recommend him.
