Michael did an AMAZING job! My couch was so dirty I have 4 dogs and one of which is a puppy and has had a few accidents on the couch that I could not get the smell out of due to the pee. It no longer smells like pee, and so much dirt & hair came out my couch looks brand new. He was on time, and was SO kind and made sure to do everything perfectly and give me tips on how to clean it the best way possible if my puppy has any more accidents. 10/10 service! Such a nice guy who really cares about his work and the service you will get. These are my go to people now and I will be recommending them too.

Shout out to Michael, our technician. He arrived around 7pm walked through the area we needed clean and gave us a quote, explained the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions, then he started working on our carpet right away.
