Beyond satisfied with everything Alex did to help me out with my rat problem ! First off he came out on a Sunday afternoon no hesitation... After calling countless other businesses I was so relieved he was able to come asap ! He was very thorough and knowledgeable of what he was talking about ! Definitely refreshing as a single mom to have someone come into my home and help rather then try and sell me some thousand dollar package ! I definitely felt like I could trust him and his pricing ! Alex did a great job eradicating a rodent problem which was 1st spotted in the garage & unbeknownst to us was also discovered in the attic & underneath our home.
He responds with a sense of urgency regarding reports of any activity & is very thorough with regards to communicating his strategy with regards to the eradication process itself.
He spent his time to diligently identify & seal off holes & vents that most likely caused the problem to begin & followed up with recommendations to help keep the premises rodent free.
He has also started quarterly service for general pest control & we are looking forward to working with someone who we don’t have to chase down to be serviced as his scheduling software program is very efficient & keeps both him & his customers apprised of upcoming appointments. So far he’s been a great choice & I’m very happy to have found someone so very knowledgeable & dependable.

I had multiple people come to my house to take a look at the noise in my attic. Out of all the inspectors, Alex was the only one who paid close enough attention to see the large footprints on the floor. A majority of the other inspectors just gave a generic answer of a rodent problem. I highly recommend Alex if you want someone who knows what he is doing and actual examines your space in detail!

I highly recommend Trips Exterminating. Alex was professional, right on time, very competitive on price, and did excellent work. He went above and beyond what was expected. UPDATE Here it is a year later... hired Alex for a whole house tented fumigation. Again competitve and reliable! Still highly recommend Trips!
