Had a bit of miscommunication getting a tech out to repair a camera cable, but once he arrived everything was A+. Chris was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and went beyond what we expected. Biggest issue was - my folding door handle was pulled off and the tech was not able to put it back correctly. And this happened because he was opening the wrong door. Other minor annoyances - delayed arrival, missed replacing a battery etc
