Tim was GREAT! He represented Metz with the same professionalism, knowledge, experience, and excellent service as I have come to expect from Bryan and all of the other techs at Metz. Had maintenance check up done on the furnace, I upgraded to the recommended Respicare Filter to improve the performance of my new furnace, and also to scrub the air cleaner by adding this component. I'm really happy with the results, I'm really happy with the service, and they are always very responsive whenever there's any issue or call for service. Tim explain things to me in a simple and understandable manner that allow me to understand and make informed decisions about enhancing the system that I already have. Since I moved into my home in 2007, I have only worked with Metz for my air and heating needs, and that will continue as long as we're both around. Thanks a bunches!

We scheduled an appointment with Metz Air Control for a furnace tune-up and a new thermostat. Best decision we’ve made! Nathan showed up on time with a big smile ready to work. He explained everything and even took photos and video of some problem areas. We were given different options to resolve these problems and never felt pressured in making our decision. Nathan is very knowledgeable in his trade and just a pleasant person overall. I hope we don’t have to get a new HVAC unit anytime soon, but should we have to, there’s no doubt who we’ll be choosing to do the work! Thank you, Nathan for taking care of us and being honest. Our technician, Tim, is always so professional efficient, courteous, and helpful. He always explains in detail what any issues are and how to go about solving them. He is very thorough when he comes out to do routine inspections. He and Metz keep both our heating system and our air conditioning and top operating condition. When it’s hot outside, we never worry about our air conditioning, keeping us cool. When winter comes, we never have a problem with the heater because they keep it serviced.

I would recommend Metz air control to anyone that needs help with her heating and air conditioning needs .
