I can never get ahold of anyone on the phone to see if they are open. It's holiday season, called today 12/16 3rd attempt. (On hold 5 minutes) Called twice last week. Just get put on some call hold music and no one ever answers the phone. Im not driving to Ontario hoping they are open. Not sure why i haven't tried elsewhere. Guess its time. Gotta get rid of these tvs!
