I totally broke my own motherboard, couldn't diagnose it, and he diagnosed it in a day and told me the steps to get it fixed. By his recommendation, I now have a super fast, properly working PC.

I reached out to Lee via his website for help reviving a dying laptop. My 10yr + laptop was painfully slow, had viruses and was pretty dirty from years of use. I mailed my laptop in as I lived a little too far to drop it off in person. Lee was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative at every step which was greatly appreciated. I was in need of emergency help in soldering. The owner was super helpful and help solder a bad capacitor. The place is super nice and they build great computer systems. The owner is very nice and kind. He also introduced me to Five Finger Death Punch and I’ve been listening to other related bands. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who has an computer need. ?

I wish I found this place sooner.

The shop is not like any other computer shops I have been to before, at least compared to Plus IT and Computer Pros. You will be in a build site of some cool looking custom built computers.

Lee who owns the place is very casual and friendly. He will ask you what the system will mainly be used for i.e. gaming, streaming, workstation etc. and then what is your budget for the system. Just tell him your plan for the build and he will guide you through.

Once all that is done he will recommend parts for you to purchase if you haven't yet. He will educate you why he is recommending those parts and why not others. He will build it for you, load latest drivers and stress test it. Any problems should arise down the road just bring it back to him and he'll check it for you.

I went in thinking that I needed additional hardware on my computer, and Lee told me there was a much simpler, easier product that I could use. I was expecting to pay $400 or $500 to get what I needed, and ended up spending about $80.

The best part was that Lee pointed me to the right product and didn’t charge me anything for his time and experience. 10/10 experience with Lee & PC Junkie Mods.
