They close for a long lunch. They also own a couple more businesses here in town that need a check in at about lunch. They have great customer service and try to help you out as much as possible. Really knowledgeable guy at the front counter. Have a few more stores and will bring in whatever you want from the other ones. Have lots of stuff in there to choose from too.

I came in a few times pawned some items items was very reasonable with the pawn. Staff was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Son got a wireless controller for his switch and it works great.

I had a very good experience with them. On OfferUp, I was able to find a classic title, Battletanx, for the N64 for a very good price that I could give to my father for Christmas. It came in fully functional condition and can’t wait to play it more. The cartridge condition itself was intact but had a sticker mark on the back that I wish wasn’t there, but honestly nothing to complain about. Would definitely do service with them again!

This amazing River Pawn Shop has great and amazing features including stocks that will amaze you. Some are used products others are brand new range from video games, movies, home equipment, and music. If y want to a clean disc come by and ask they are really helpful. I would really recommend thid place to anyone and for those that just wamt to stop by.

I came in about 2 years ago when I first moved to blythe... and to tell you the truth the store was a mess.. disorganized and nothing seamed with buying.. but I've been in a few times in the last month or so and the store really looked nice... clean... and very organized... the staff was very friendly and helpful.. I would recommend this place.. they have a bit of everything.. Thank you River Pawn for the wonderful experience..

Edited to add: My item was never replaced so the "owner response" is a blatant lie. Kind of like when you go in the store before you purchase something. Blatant lies and condescension. I still have the receipt and original item so your lies are funny. Guaranteeing Bluetooth functionality but not the optical cable or auxiliary functionality is guaranteeing partial functionality is it not? Talk to your staff about their nonsensical policies not spouting off at your customers just repeating what they were told.

Sold an item that didn't fully functional. Was told they only guarantee some functionality. Lol. It's a sound bar that doesn't work with a tv. Even provided video evidence it didn't work. Tried to exchange it within a few hours for a more expensive sound bar. Won't shop there again. Lesson learned. I'd rather support a big box stores from now on. If you absolutely need a pawn store the one in Havasu will give you almost double what this place will. Makes the drive well worth it. They also don't sell you garbage and give you the run around for an exchange or store credit. What a headache.

So I had Purchased a vehicle programmer from river pawn off the internet and had it shipped to me. When I revived the programmer I plugged it into the trucks port and right off the bat the cord is defective and you have to hold it a a 90 degree angle for it to work then to my surprise it was vin locked to another vehicle. I contacted river pawn to let them know to unlock it would be $250, I told them I could either return it to them or i would even be willing to pay to have it fixed if they met me half way on the price. I was ignored. Im a honest hard working individual and I got screwed over right before the holidays, BIG thanks to River Pawn for the unprofessionalism, let down, and all the inconveniences. I’ll be leaving this review on every site possible so people know what to expect doing business with them.
