House cleaning app that had a checklist, removed it, and did not put it in the update. Very bizarre decision that makes the usefulness of their app significantly less.

I would advise anyone dealing with launch 27 to please be mindful of cards you use for payment. I’ve had a continual issue with this company reading cards that I have not defaulted to use, contacted support on several different circumstances to correct the problem, and just this month again the same situation has happened. Certainly untolerable when it comes to security of one’s account information.

We were looking at Launch27 for our existing business - not based in continental USA. The availability of the sales team is limited, with no flexibility. It took several emails with a clearly disinterested sales rep to get a demo video sent (as they would not find a suitable time to meet). After reviewing the Demo video, I sent an email asking for clarification on 4 points, to which I received no reply whatsoever.

It is normal for a business to be overly responsive in the sales cycle, with that dropping once you are a paying customer.
