It is very refreshing when you are fortunate enough to find someone who is incredibly intelligent, knowledgable, efficient with his time, exceptionally responsive as well as being very pleasant and personable. Joe was able to do a big back up and install two different VPNs for international travel on both my laptop and cell. He clearly explain all use cases to disconnect and reconnect in varying order based on individual scenarios. I truly could not be happier having hired him.

So grateful to have connected with Joe. I was in a stressful situation where my laptop all of the sudden died. I found Joe, reached out to him. Joe came to our house immediately. With Joe's advice, I picked up a new laptop. The same day, Joe recovered all my files, transferred them to the new laptop and ensured everything worked seamlessly on my new laptop. My laptop wouldn't turn on this morning so I called and he had me do a little trick and got it working within a minute. Being as it is my work laptop it was very stressful and he was able to put my mind at ease and show me how to get it turning on again. He also gave me some great tips about storing my info. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and will be honest about what's going on and his ability to take care of it. His service is so outstanding and reliable that I'm happy to make the drive from Grass Valley rather than take my computer to anyone local.

A miracle happened today. I was on the phone with Lenovo to assist me with my camera for 2 hours without success. I then called Staples who referred me to a look on google for a tech specialist in the area. I called Wilson Tech and spoke with Joe, who, believe it or not was here in 3 minutes, literally. I have never had that type of experience. He came in and within 30 seconds saw and showed me what to do. If anyone needs help with support on the computer call this man. I was about to have a heart attack with the phone support and he was able to fix the issue they could not with one small physical maneuver. Wow. I was amazed and so very grateful. He has a mobile repair service that is so very worthy of support. He is local and so kind, really. Way to go Joe. Thank you so very much.

Built a brand new Gaming PC. However, some of the parts were faulty out of the box and i couldn't figure it out. Got recommended by one of my cousins who also worked on his PC and Joe did wonders. Once Joe came over to my house, he got straight to testing my PC and quickly figured out a RAM stick along with the CPU Cooler was not working. Thanks to him I was able to replace the parts I needed the following week and got my PC up and running. Also, Joe will beat any Computer Repair Prices. Definitely recommend Joe!
