Tommy, John, and Bob were so wonderfully helpful when we got stuck during our first trip out on the Delta this year. Tommy and his team arrived quickly, helped us troubleshoot our problem, gave us gasoline to make sure we weren’t out of fuel, stayed around to see how we were doing with the new gas, and then towed us back to our marina when the gas didn’t solve the problem (likely a bad fuel filter or pump). They even helped us load the boat onto the trailer! Tommy, John, and Bob were friendly, supportive, professional, and the best part of a day that had gone sideways. Thank you so very much! You guys rock! ?

We experienced electro-mechanical issues with our boat this morning and were disabled, but thankfully secure at a local marina dock.

My wife and I had an issue with our boat.And were in need of a tow. Got us to a safe location and called Boat U. S. They dispatched, captain Tommy and first mate Phil who were there to give us a tow within about thirty minutes, very impressive. Captain Tommy asked some questions checked a few things to make sure it wasn't something simple. First rate service the whole way. They even made sure we got the boat loaded safely on the trailer at the boat ramp. Tommy was so professional and helpful when I got home l thought he might have had dinner ready...'lil humor. One thing l really appreciated was he noticed l didn't have a safety chain at the hand crank to front eye of boat. I definitely will install one. I look forward to getting back out on the water with confidence.

I've had troubles with my boats and was left stranded multiple times and was given vessel assist by the same man that goes by the name of Thomas. He is always extremely responsive, I haven't ever had to wait too long and he efficiently has always gotten me back to the launch ramp. Thomas is a super easy going guy, he's great to get along with and has always been very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Captain Tommy and his ship mate Phil did an excellent job. They were earlier than the ETA given to us. Captain Tommy explained all the safety precautions that would be required before he even hooked us up. The tow was about 45min When we got to the dock he placed our boat directly into our slip. What a professional Captain. I will highly recommend TowBoatUS to all our friends and fellow Boaters. Thank you Captain Tommy

Tommy and Philip were extremely helpful today when our boat just died! ?. They got our boat and us back to the marina and They were also so kind to help my stressed husband figure out how to lift his motor so we could get the boat trailered and home without dragging the prop the whole way!! Captain Tommy is amazing! BoatUS. The Gold Unlimited Plan is worth its wait in Gold. I’ve used them twice in two years when my boat broke. Both times Tommy showed up quickly and was extremely professional, timely and got us back to the marina safely! My 215 dollar membership has saved me thousands in boat tow fees..
