Francois and co did a great job recovering my crashed laptop. They recovered my most important data, fixed some worn out parts , and gave new life to my 4 yr old computer. Now I can use it as a spare to fall back on.

Francois is a data recovery god. After having 4 glasses of water spilled directly onto my MacBook Air and drenching the hard drive itself, and after being told by Apple that it would be almost impossible to recover the data and that it would cost nearly a thousand dollars just to try, Francois came to the rescue. This was personal computer repair at its finest. He came by my house, picked up the laptop, worked through the night and the next several days, keeping me updated every few hours. He dropped everything off at my place and spent an hour going through it with me at my house so I could confirm that everything had been captured. He managed to recover everything at less than half the price Apple quoted. I'm sure he's just about the best guy in the Bay Area for hard drive repair and laptop repair work. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
