The owner has a bunch of young guatemalans kids doing his remodels. They speed down the residential areas with little care for others. No exhaust catalytic converters, so you can hear them and its loud. Highly bet these people are working without any licenses. If you encounter this shady company, do not rent from them. These people have little regards for others, stay away.

If you want to sell your home, I highly recommend Guillermo De La Rosa from VIP. My husband and my sister in laws’ transaction went very smoothly with no problems. Their home was sold within a week or two after it was listed. De La Rosa is highly knowledgeable about real estate and he was able to answer their questions right away. Don’t do business with these scum bags. They bought a property in cash and it’s just sitting there making the neighborhood look bad. They have done no maintenance to it, nothing. Should have left it for some one that will actually use it.

We were on the receiving end of this service. Our agent had to deal with Jose (Ayala?) and their "VIP Client" who was a nightmare. They are so unprofessional. Jose was cursing and unprofessional. His narcissism will require you to listen to him talk about his successful business and flipping million dollar homes. He misleads and will blame you or your agent when he miscommunicates or makes an error. He is condescending, unprofessional, and lies. They said they made repairs after our inspection report found dinner things. Now that we are working on the house, our contractor determined Jose never had the work done. His client was supposed to move all of his stuff off of the property a few days after escrow and it ended up taking a week. We are in week 2 still having things hauled off the property and several hundred dollars later. Jose complained that he was working uncompensated and that we should be more accommodating. I could go on. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable and professional company.

If you are trying to buy a home with VIP, RUN FAR AWAY! We began trying to purchase a home with this agency in June and had continuous problems. The selling agent we worked with Manuel is the worst, conniving, shadest agent I have ever come in contact with. He took my deposit and disappeared during a PANDEMIC to Mexico. He didn’t tell us, the tenants living in the home we were buying or the broker he works for. He cut off communication and would say he didn’t have internet and our agent should text but then wouldn’t respond. He never read our contract and signed it anyway. Then would say, “oh I didn’t read the contract so I can’t include that” He made so many excuses for everything. When it came to our appraisal he sent the inspector pictures of the home instead of having him come out. When it came to closing he was MIA. We contacted his broker and they had no idea what was going on and did little to help. Manual finally came back to CA after we did a “notice of action” only to still do nothing. Like literally we would send him docs with deadlines and he just wouldn’t send a response. He has negative reports about him with the board of real estate. In addition, once we decide to dead the deal because of his lack of work ethic or motivation to do anything, he relisted the home for an Increase of $11k and hid the previous pricing so unsuspecting buyers wouldn’t know that the home was cheaper weeks prior. The agency itself also does nothing. They were supposed to send me escrow docs, never sent them. They are so lazy about everything. Avoid this place and their agents. Shady business dealings.
