Gerty was able to provide digestible knowledge and expertise on IT services before, during, and after our Starlink installation. Prior to installation, Gerty was very accessible and responsive in answering questions and concerns regarding Starlink and installation. She broke down needed information in regards to navigating Starlink's website, app, accessories and all proprietary plugs needed, along with providing ideas on where/how to install within our home. Navigating the website and the thought of installation felt very overwhelming. However, Gerty walked through each step very thorough with digestible terminology and guidance, leading this experience to be non-stressful and fun to say the least! During installation, Gerty provided professional service going above and beyond through each step. After installation, Gerty provided further information on ways to increase internet access within our house and each room along with her willingness to help through that process as well.
