I normally do not write reviews, but the service I received from Cesar was so exceptional that I must write one.

My PC stopped fully booting to the desktop on Wednesday and after eliminating some of the potential issues I gave up, as hardware troubleshooting is a real pain if you don't have spare parts lying around. I searched for a PC repair place and ended up reaching out to 24/7PcTech. Cesar answered and said he would be available to come out to me on Thursday, which was convenient because no one likes to lug their heavy PC around. I consider myself tech savvy, but Cesar is definitely on another level. Cesar was very patient, thorough and determined to pinpoint the problem. Once we started troubleshooting we determined it was my SSD and AIO, I asked if he would wait for me or even come along to Best Buy so that I can pick up the replacement parts, replace the potential dead parts and have peace of mind that the problem was fully fixed. Once we returned, Cesar even helped me disassemble the faulty parts and put the PC back together. I want to pause here and emphasize that level of service absolutely stellar and is unprecedented in my experience. would stop here, but I have not shared the best part of this whole experience. After all was said and done, the job ended up being around 5 hours total. The best part, he asked me to quote a reasonable price for the time and labor spent. If you are having tech issues, look no further. 24/7PcTech is the one!! Highly Recommend!!!
