Strongly recommend 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning. Communication was great. Technician (Jeff) was easy to schedule and arrived on time. Jeff was knowledgeable and professional. He wore shoe protectors, used a drop cloth, and cleaned up after himself. He was not afraid to do hard work. Also, he didn’t try to upsell me as others had done. He completed the coil cleaning job at a fair price.

I had been experiencing an AC issue in one of the bedrooms and contacted 1st Choice. John Parent came out and found that a Pex line was lying on top of the duct causing it to collapse. He made the adjustment and that improved the air flow in the room. During our conversation I shared with him remodel projects done at the home and how the AC performance wasn’t great. I was impressed with John’s knowledge. We talked about the air duct layout being important and the improvement of air duct systems today versus what existed. I asked him to make a recommendation and provide an estimate. He went back into the attic and took a bunch of pictures to take back and review. I received the estimate and reached out to other companies for estimates.1st Choice estimate was the most thorough with layout and air duct baffles to control flow in different rooms. John’s knowledge and the feedback I got from a friend that had used them convinced me to go with 1st Choice. Eric and his install team arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and professional. They asked and answered questions. Eric performed a service on the furnace and AC, no issues found and the AC performance was much better throughout the house. After the install Eric provided photos of the work done. Very happy with 1st Choice and can highly recommend them for all your heating and AC needs.

This company informed me properly before their employee arrived at my place. Mike, the employee, arrived on time. He addressed and repaired the heater issue sincerely and without any pushy attitude. Personally, I believe that the most important factor when requesting this kind of service is whether the company demonstrates trustworthy sincerity. Since I was able to trust this company, I will definitely contact them again if anything comes up in the future.

First and foremost let me tell you, I had competitors out, they gave me this list of stuff I needed and a $4,000 estimate. So I went to ring to the neighbors app and I kept jearing the same name over and over... First Choice, First Choice, First Choice... and thank god I waited until Monday to have them out.

So, I had 1st Choice out and man, these guys do not BS. Straight to the point, very tedious inspection, honest pricing, excellent work, they also made sure to wear protective wear and cover my floors to not dirty my home. Come to find out I needed a simple fix, I also got some routine maintenance done, and they even took the diagnostic fee off the total price leaving me with a $645 bill, 85% cheaper than what I was quoted from a company from a big box store.

My AC is running colder than I have EVER felt, Mike was the technician that took care of me and he is the real deal. Knowledgable, honest, and very efficient with his work.

For me there is no other option, these guys are the real deal. Make them your first choice.

Used 1st Choice today at the recommendation of a friend. Was so glad. They installed 2 smart thermostats at a cost below what the over-the-phone best estimate was, which was already reasonable. Phone service was friendly, timing great, kept abreast of progress, and then tech was timely and friendly, too. Tech provided sound advice and gave general warnings over HVAC scams, too. Absolutely will recommend 1st Choice to friends and family.

Have had great experiences with this business. The first time the helped us out, we had a tricky issue they resolved and were thorough in trying to find the best solution for us. This time around they fixed an issue another vendor made (whom we accidentally booked instead of them) and were quick and efficient with the solution.
